Rooted in Marion and Columbus, ProScape provides commercial landscape maintenance, landscape construction, and snow and ice management.

As they pushed into only commercial work and eliminated residential, the focus areas needed to change. To be successful, there had to be total focus around the needs and pain points of their buyers and the purchasing process. With key audiences such as busy property managers and general construction, the messaging and content distribution had to be precise in order to be effective.

The Signature Piece

A video mailer built to never be noise

For high-value commercial targets, generic mail gets ignored. So, GC Strategies created something a busy property manager would actually open: a printed video brochure, “Landscapes Rooted in Trust,” with a real screen built in.

Each piece played two videos: the Why ProScape story, and a custom video addressed to the specific recipient. It carried the brand, the message, the Ohio footprint, and a clear next step (QR code), all in something you can hold.
